Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Vibing Coastal, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, or change of mind.
We do accept returns or offer replacements for:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Items with a manufacturing error (wrong item, misprint, etc.)
If your order arrives with any of these issues, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@vibingcoastal.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or defective item
We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Please note:
- We do not offer cash refunds except in cases where a replacement cannot be fulfilled
- Sale items are final sale
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
